All timelines provided by the PA Salvors Manual (PUB 460 (12-17))

• A Vehicle on private property 

A Vehicle left unattended on private property for more than 24 hours 

• A Vehicle at an automotive repair facility 

A Vehicle left for more than 15 days after repairs have been completed 

• A Vehicle on public Property 

48 hours left on public property
